Werknemersaandeelhouderschap
in Europa in 2022
•
Het aandeelhouderschap van werknemers in Europa blijft
langzaam afbrokkelen. Toch piekte het democratisch aandeelhouderschap
van werknemers in grote Europese bedrijven in 2011 en
is het sindsdien gestaag afgenomen. Dit is het geval
in alle Europese landen (met als opmerkelijke uitzondering
Groot-Brittannië).
• Vanwaar deze daling? Het is een teken dat aandelenplannen
voor werknemers steeds minder doeltreffend worden. Het
nationale fiscale beleid ter ondersteuning ervan heeft
zijn grenzen bereikt.
• Zo heeft het beleid voor aandeelhouderschap van werknemers,
omdat het nationaal is gebleven, in enkele jaren tijd
30% van zijn doeltreffendheid verloren. Dit verklaart
waarom recente wetgevende inspanningen in verschillende
landen (de Pacte-wet in Frankrijk, verviervoudiging
van de fiscale prikkels in Duitsland) geen noemenswaardig
effect hebben gehad op het aandeelhouderschap van werknemers
in grote bedrijven.

new SME is transferred to employees, - 90 new transmissions
from January 1 to March 31! This month, among others, the
case of: Blue Sky Financial Planning, Blackheath Products,
Cheetham Jackson, Granby Marketing, Wicker Pharmacy, Fabrik
landscape designers, Hockley Mint jewellery, Langcliffe M&A,
Lemon Groundwork Solutions, RR Engineering.
Postlethwaite Solicitors, a national practice specialising
in employee ownership, have now themselves become 100%
employee owned.
New crisis for John Lewis Partnership which is considering
abandoning the 100% employee ownership formula.
On the way to a new employee share ownership policy, – Equity
for All.
