Denmark: Malergården is an employee-owned

Germany: In Germany, employee participation
encompasses many things, including employee share
ownership.
France: Business transfers to employees
mainly concerns failing companies. New employee
share plans for Renault, for Vallourec.
Italy: Italy has rushed to adopt its own
national version of employee share ownership,
further fragmenting the European financial market.
Slovenia: Expeditious public inquiry into
the ESOP bill.
UK: The benefits of becoming an employee-owned
law firm can be cultural as well as financial;
for some it is the magic pill that cures the headache
of succession.
Thanks to the Employee Ownership Trust formula,
two new SMEs are transferred to their employees
every day now. This month, among others, the case
of: Ryder Architecture, Guest Walker Law firm,
Union Creative Agency, Heads Resourcing Group.
USA: The practice of using a Perpetual
Purpose Trust to organize the ownership of a company
is becoming established, notably in the form of
an employee ownership trust as in the UK.
For the first time since the introduction of the
ESOP plan in 1974, business owners can receive
financial assistance to explore the creation of
an employee stock ownership plan.

Royaume Uni: Les avantages d'un cabinet
d'avocats détenu par ses employés peuvent être
aussi bien culturels que financiers; pour certains,
c'est la solution miracle au casse-tête de la
succession.
Grâce à la formule de la Fiducie d'Actionnariat
Salarié (Employee Ownership Trust), chaque
jour deux nouvelles PME transférées aux salariés.
Ce mois-ci entre autres les cas de: Ryder Architecture,
Guest Walker Law firm, Union Creative Agency,
Heads Resourcing Group.
USA: L'usage est en train de s'installer
d'utiliser une fiducie à mission pour organiser
l'actionnariat d'une entreprise, notamment sous
forme de fiducie d'actionnariat salarié comme
en Grande Bretagne. Pour la première fois depuis
l’introduction du plan ESOP en 1974, les propriétaires
d’entreprise peuvent recevoir une aide financière
pour explorer la création d’un plan.
