EFES' objective is to act as the European umbrella organization of employee owners, companies and all persons, trade unions, experts, researchers, institutions, looking to promote employee ownership and participation in Europe.

As a member of EFES, you can be registrated as: statutory member, associate member, supporting member, honorary member or observing member (see the statutes).

The annual basis membership fee is:
- as an individual: 155 EURO
- as an organization, company or institution: 550 EURO
- as a member of EFES' Corporate Lobby Group: 2.000 EURO
Organizations are free to add an additional fee to their basis membership fee, in function of their size and representativity. This can allow them to get more influence on EFES decisions and objectives.
