EOLE
website is now open on www.eole-efes.net
To be
fully successful, employee ownership and financial participation
need education and training. EOLE is going to define common
European specifications, which will make things easier for
companies, for educational bodies and for social partners
at country level.
EOLE is going
to collect all information about existing communication, training
and education programmes (see below the invitation to companies,
universities and schools of business and management, and others).
EOLE is going
to set up a database with all existing programmes. On Jan
12, 2005, we already have 132 training and education programmes
in EOLE database.
A
lot of communication, training and education programmes already
exist for employee ownership and financial participation,
but all this information has still to be collected and analysed.
This is why EOLE invites companies, organisations and social
partners, educational and training organisations:
EOLE
first European conference happened in Brussels on June 16-17,
2005, in the prestigious installations of the National
Bank of Belgium, near the Grand Place in the center of the
city. This was the Fifth European Meeting of Employee
Ownership.
