  Much new information about employee ownership in December 2006, with 1.474 articles (on which 561 about stock options and 219 about workers' cooperatives). We made a selection of remarkable articles in 13 countries: Austria, Canada, Switzerland, Germany, France, India, Ireland, Italy, Mali, Romania, United Kingdom, South Africa, USA.
The scandals about stock options and directors' remunerations got new developments in several countries.
In France, both main candidates to the French Presidency used stock options as a major theme for the new electoral campaign. On the other hand, the new French legislation for employee ownership is now voted, giving more facilities for employee buy-outs (Salariés, rachetez votre entreprise !) Employee ownership had to face conflictual developments in some major companies (Safran, Eifage, Libération) and a new call was launched for a European participative governance (Pour une gouvernance participative européenne).
In Germany, supports for stronger employee ownership seem to be growing. The SPD leaders made new proposals and some unions' voices expressed positive reactions. Finally, Bavarian Minister President Edmund Stoiber told about employee ownership (as "Investivlohn") as an answer to globalisation - just the same words as Gordon Brown some years ago, the same as President Jacques Chirac some months ago.
Austria seems also going to give stronger political support to employee ownership. In Austrian Airlines, employees could get a 10 to 20% share (same model as Flughafen Wien, Voestalpine, etc), while new discussions occur about employee ownership in AMAG.
In Italy also, employee ownership could be a good way for Italian airlines Alitalia.
Ireland:  Ryanair failed in its take over on Aer Lingus, and the Sunday Times gave the last word of the whole story (And finally...)
In India, successful employee buyouts in tea plantations and a good ABC of stock options
Mali: employee share ownership is developing in the telecoms.
South Africa: new black economic empowerment deals (BEE) through employee share ownership.
USA: SAIC - one of the biggest employee-owned company in the world (43.000 workers) is now public (No More Secrets at SAIC). On the other hand, value of Employee Stock Option Grants Declines Sharply Finally, the project of an employee buyout for Hoover failed, in spite of Officials vow to fight for Hoover

   Beaucoup d'informations nouvelles sur l'actionnariat salarié en décembre 2006, avec 1.474 articles dans notre revue de la presse internationale (dont 561 à propos des stock options et 219 sur les coopératives de travail associé). Notre sélection propose un choix d'articles remarquables dans 13 pays: Autriche, Canada, Suisse, Allemagne, France, Inde, Irlande, Italie, Mali, Roumanie, Royaume Uni, Afrique du Sud et USA.
Les scandales à propos de stock options et de rémunérations ont connu de nouveaux développements dans plusieurs pays.
En France, les deux principaux candidats à la Présidence de la République ont fait des stock options un thème de campagne. D'autre part, la nouvelle loi pour la participation est maintenant votée, offrant de nouvelle facilités pour la reprise d'entreprises par les salariés (Salariés, rachetez votre entreprise !) L'actionnariat salarié est confronté à des situations de conflits dans plusieurs entreprises de premier plan (Safran, Eifage, Libération) et un appel remarquable est lancé pour une gouvernance participative européenne.
En Allemagne, coup d'accélérateur politique pour l'actionnariat salarié. Pour commencer, ce sont les leaders du SPD qui ont lancé de nouvelles propositions. Plusieurs dirigeants syndicaux ont réagi positivement. Enfin, le Ministre-Président de Bavière, Edmund Stoibel a présenté l'actionnariat salarié et l'épargne salariale ("Investivlohn") comme une réponse à la globalisation - exactement dans les mêmes termes que Gordon Brown en 2004 et la Président français Jacques Chirac il y a quelques mois.
En Autriche aussi un coup d'accélérateur politique se manifeste. Chez Austrian Airlines, les salariés pourraient recevoir une part de 10 à 20% (le modèle déjà appliqué pour Flughafen Wien, Voestalpine, etc), tandis que de nouvelles discussions ont lieu à propos de la participation de 20% de l'actionnariat salarié chez AMAG.
En Italie tout comme en Autriche, on parle d'actionnariat salarié pour la compagnie aérienne Alitalia.
Irlande:  après le refus des actionnaires salariés, Ryanair a échoué dans son offre sur Aer Lingus, et le Sunday Times donne le dernier mot de l'histoire (And finally...)
En Inde, une réussite du modèle "employee buyouts" dans les plantations de thé et un bon ABC of stock options

  Muchas nuevas informaciones en torno al accionariado asalariado en diciembre 2006, con 1.474 artículos en nuestra revista de prensa internacional (cuyos 561 sobre los sotck options y 219 sobre cooperativas de trabajo asociado). Nuestra selección propone una elección de artículos destacados en 13 países : Austria, Canada, Suiza, Alemania, Francia, India, Irlanda, Italia, Mali, Rumania, Reino Unido, Afica del Sur y EEUU.
Los escándalos sobre stock options y remuneraciones  conocieron nuevos desarrollos en varios países.
En Francia, los dos principales candidatos a las elecciones para la Presidencia de la República hicieron de los stock options un lema de campaña electoral. Por otra parte, la nueva ley sobre la retoma de empresas por sus asalariados fue votada, ofreciendo nuevas facilidades para la retomas de empresas por los asalariados(Salariés, rachetez votre entreprise !) El accionariado asalariado esta enfrentado con situaciones conflicivas en varias grandes empresas de primer plano (Safran, Eifage, Libération) y un llamamiento destacable fue lanzado para una gobernanza participativa europea (pour une gouvernance participative européenne).
En Alemania, acelerón político para el accionariado asalariado. Para empezar, fueron los lideres del SPD quienes lanzaron nuevas propuestas. Varios dirigentes sindicalistas reaccionaron positivamente. Finalmente, el Ministro Presidente de Baviera, Edmund Stoibel presento el accionariado asalariado  y el ahorro asalariado ("Investivlohn") como respuesta a la globalización-exatamente en los mismos terminos  que Gordon Brown en 2004 y el Presidente frances Jacques Chirac hace varios meses.
En Austria también un acelerón politiquo se manifiesta. En Austrian Airlines, los asalariados podrían recibir una parte del 10 hasta el 20% (el modelo ya aplicado por Flughafen Wien, Voestalpine, etc), mientras que nuevas discusiones tienen lugar sobre la participacion del  20% del accionariado asalariado en AMAG.
En Italia del mismo modo que en Austria, se habla de accionariado asalariado para la companía aérea Alitalia.
Irlanda:  despues de varios rechazos de los accionistas asalariados,Ryanair fracasó en su oferta sobre Aer Lingus, y el Sunday Times da la ultima palabra de la historia (And finally...)
